At Ivory Wild, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
A valid order number is required for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

Custom-made or personalised items
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us via the chat function on our website within 7 days of receiving your item.
Be prepared to upload clear photos of the damage or issue.
We’ll offer you a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Open the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of our website.
Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will respond as quickly as possible with next steps.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
We recommend using a tracked service for your protection — we can’t guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know the outcome via chat.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Delayed Refunds

If your refund seems delayed:

First, check with your bank or card provider.
Some refunds take time to post.
If you still haven’t received it, just send us a message via the chat function and we’ll look into it for you.
